1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period so you can try Pro features before committing. Refunds are not typically issued after a trial ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of your purchase in the following situations:

• You experienced a technical issue that prevented usage of core features.
• You were charged after canceling your subscription.
• You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and did not use any features.
• You were unsatisfied and contacted us within the refund window.

All refund requests are reviewed and granted based on these criteria.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription renewals are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel your plan at any time to avoid future charges.
